It is the classic 26 posture and 2 breathing exercise series loved by so many people, also sometimes known as the “26 and 2.” It is a style that has inspired and transformed the health of millions of practitioners around the world over the last 30 years.

 

Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa

Astanga Inspired Vinyasa uses Primary series as a general structure. Breath centered, holding asanas to build strength. Great for all levels as an introduction to the world of Ashtanga. This is a great practice to build strength, flexibility and improve your lung capacity.
